My Contributions to Physics

My health forced my retirement in 2016, and after sufficient recovery by late 2018 (I have disabilities on my left side), I decided I needed a challenge, and I could use my time to do something productive, like fix problems in a science like cosmology. When I discovered Hubble's Law claimed a galaxy's velocity was directly related to its distance from Earth, then I knew this physically impossible connection was a problem to be solved. To solve this problem, I had to learn the history of the problem, and how all these values were measured, so I learned much about light and its spectrum.

In the course of my research I was creating content in either:

a) my posts to FaceBook, to either to my FB page or to a FB group whose members shared an interest of mine,  like cosmology,

b) my comments to others' posts or to YouTube videos,

c) my books

My books often used content from my posts.  Posts can get feedback from a FB group on my ideas.
I eventually found solutions or alternatives to several problems or behaviors in other sciences beyond cosmology, like physics. I had enjoyed chemistry in high school and college.  Eventually I was also researching topics in chemistry.

My motivation for self-publishing each book was the book must contain some contribution to the advancement of science, which is the accumulation of our knowledge of nature, often by measurements. I have no resources for experiments but the internet usually has all the data to draw new conclusions.

After publishing 7 books, I distributed several files having excerpts from the books, but not a complete duplication. These files enabled me to share my conclusions from my collected data.

I feel a book has permanence. A file is easily lost or deleted.

These  works mark my contributions to physics.

Contributions per book or file; the numbers and titles are also on the Books page.

Px is Publication number, from 1 to 17.
Bx is Book number
Fx is File number
Wx is Web-book number,

where x is the sequence of publication.

B1 Observing Our Universe

a) Explained the 2 types of galaxy redshifts

b) Explained the 2 types of quasar redshifts.

None of the 4 values is a valid velocity of the object; none can be used for a valid distance calculation.

The only accurate way to measure the velocity of a large celestial object like a galaxy is the Tycho Brahe method of many observations  to get the measured motion over a period of time.

This method  was used by the Hipparcos and Gaia probes for objects in or near our Milky Way galaxy.

This method has never been uised successfully for objects beyond our Local Group. There is no galaxy in the universe having a measured 3-dimensional observer-independent velocity.

Therefore, there is no evidence for the claimed celestial recession velocities,  or for universe expansion, or for the Big Bang. These are mistakes in cosmology.

c) created Excel file with galaxy data, including their celestial coordinates and red shift velocity,

d) Explained how LIGO can claim to detect non-existent entities, like a gravitational wave (GW),

e) Created Excel file having all LIGO GW detections and their accompanying earth tide event and the number of days between them.

f) Successfully predicted LIGO GW detections in November 2019, by knowing LIGO makes this mistake with every earth tide event; this prediction and confirmation verified all of LIGO's claims are false.

Physics must recognize LIGO and all its claims must be ignored or else physics has accepted so many mistakes which put  physics on a crumbled foundation.

B2 Cosmology Transition

The transition is from the big bang cosmology to an ectric universe cosmology.

a) Explained the Dr. Robitaille LMH solar model  which explains all solar observations and which replaces the model of a gaseous Sun driven by an impoossible internal fusion process,

b) Explained the Donald Scott spiral galaxy model which explains the disk rotation; there is no dark matter.

B3 Cosmology Connections

a) Explained the notable electrical connections in cosmology including magnetic fields,  and synchrotron radiation.

B4 Redefining Gravity

a) explains why Newton's absolute time and space remain valid for physics,

b) explains why space-time is not a valid replacement of Newton's force of gravity,

c) describes my mechanism for the force of gravity defined by Newton; no equations in physics are affected

B5 Practical Particle Physics

a) Explains why quarks are debris found only in colliders and are not fundamental particles
b) Explains why the two fundamental particles are the electron and proton,

c) Explains the cause of atomic mass defect using classical physics, not with relativity or with quantum chromodynamics; because the defect arises when fusing particles into a nucleus.

d) Created Excel worksheet having all 118 elements and 850 isotopes to support the atomic mass defect analysis.

B6 Practical Atomic Model

a) Explains how an atomic nucleus is built from protons and electrons; a neutron is the combination of them.
b)  the strong and weak forces are behaviors of the single electrostatic force between charged particles in the nucleus,

c) Explains a new electron shell naming configuration where the shells are named and numbered by an increasing radius from the nucleus,  avoiding the current, non-consecutive numbers, and enabling the atom's valence behavior to be apparent easier,

d) Created Excel worksheet having a macro which genarates the shell configuration for all 118 elements (or for only one element if specified) using the new shell names; spredsheet also has columns for more data from elements, including ionization and radus values .

B7 Measuring Galaxies

a) Explains why all galaxies have their velocity measured incorrectly by using atoms in the line of sight for a measurement,

b) Created Excel worksheet having a macro which converts celestial coordinates into degrees; the worksheet has 642 galaxies in about 1000 rows; it also has 24 galaxy clusters having a published redshift value; each galaxy has several columns including constellation, celestial coordinates,  and red shift velocity data (including which atom in the line of sight was used for the velocity value). In this worksheet, an angular distance between 2 galaxies  can be quickly calculated in degrees after the Right Ascension  (as hr-min-sec) and Declination (as deg-min-sec) values were convereted into degrees (by the macro).

Most data are from Wikipedia. Details about the origin of a red shift velocity are available only from NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database, or NED. This compilation for B7 supersedes the data collected for B1 which did not use NED (I cannot find when NED went online).

P8, F1 LIGO Legacy

a) Supersedes LIGO data in B1 (which was published in 2020) which spanned to the end of 2019, by including LIGO public data as of April 2021. Since B1 was published, some events within the time span of B1 were added, deleted, or retracted. These changes were found  in April, when checking the integrity of the data set as finally presented in F8.

P9, F2 Return to Classical Physics

Books 1 to 7 were in 6x9 inch paperback format.

Excerpts were taken from them to thoroughly in one document describe a transition from physics distorted by relativity back to classical physics which is a term for  Newton's absolute space and time. Relativity defined relative space and relative time.

This document has 8.5x11 inch format; the larger page has more content per sheet.

As noted above, each book marked the date of publidhing my important conclusions which I am calling here as contributions.

P10, F3 Real Celestial Arcs Not From A Lens

a) Explains why celestial arcs are plasma phenomena; they are ot an illusion from a gravitational lens.
b) Explains the deception in the 1919 eclipse which has been used to claim a gravitational lens is a valid explanation for celestial arcs

c) Identified 5 ring galaxies,

d) Identified 11 celestial arcs which are associated with either a galaxy, or a galaxy cluster,

e) Explained the mechanism for these 11 celestial arcs.
f) Compiled a list of links to a) the object's description, and b) the best image file for each object.

In F3,  I am making  what could be considered another contribution to physics,  but , I chose to wait..

Instead of creating a book and its covers, I chose to distribute this F3 pdf to several Facebook groups.

After completing B8,  I returned to P10-F3,  made improvements,  and created P16 or B9.

P11, F4 Return to Classical Physics Revised

The first revision to F9 to create F11 was just trivial typographical errors not warranting a notification about F9 but visible on the Books page.
Later, when done with with P12, I updated this F4 pdf to reference the F12 pdf rather than updating the content in F11 about that topic.

In my view F11 can be updated to contain the important topics for an exit from relativity and a return to classical physics.

P12, F5 Atomic Mass Defect Alternative

This mass defect topic was covered in B5.  On September 1, 2021 , the book explaining the Structured Atomic Model was published, titled The Nature of the Atom.

To publicly share that topic's content from B5 with the SAM team and the Electric Universe community, I created F12, starting with the B5 content.

P13, B8 Predicting Gravitational Waves Detections

LIGO and gravitational waves (GW) were covered thoroughly in F8.

However, I wanted the Amazon-generated collection of   books about  GW to include one containing my conclusions about this travesty in physics.

I created this book title after checking the other book titles on this topic. I changed some of the content from F8, to suit this new title, and having a consistent new narrative.

a) I believe I am the only person to publicly predict GW detections by LIGO, and have LIGO confirm them by having assigned event names.

Anyone trying to learn about LIGO or gravitational waves must know the whole story. Unfortunately, right now, in October 2021,  B13 is the only book having that story, because I am the only person who predicted GW detections which were confirmed by LIGO..

P14, F6 Century of Confusion for Cosmology After Redshift Mistake

P14 describes in simple terms the redshift mistake and offers more details about other facets of confusion in cosmology beyond the consequences of wrong velocities from redshifts, including relativity and LIGO

P15, B9 Cosmology Crisis Cleared

Solved the mistake when measuring velocities. This mistake with redshifts resulted in wrong theories, like Hubble's Law,  universe expansion, big bang.

P16,  B10 Gravitational Lens Illusions explains those rings and arcs in distant galaxy clusters. There is no gravitational lens.

P17, W1 Distant Spectral Lines

This is the web page version of B9 which  was converted to  the format of a series of web pages.
Enhancements are minor beyond the change in format on every page, but include more spectrograms.

P18, W2 Einstein's Mistakes

This is the web page version of my arguments against relativity, by drawing on some content already written but new content for the new narrative.

P19, W3 Mass and Gravity

This is the web page version of my theory of gravity's mechanism, but I added the meaning of  mass in the gravity equation..

P20, W4 Detecting Neutrinos

This book covers all the neutrinos and the systems claiming to have detected them.

P21, W5 Review of Cosmos Without Gravitation

This book covers possible changes to physics proposed in Cosmos without Gravitation, a book from 1946.

P22, W6 Review of Einstein's 1920 Book on Relativity

This web-book reviews a translation of Einstein's 190 book on his theories of relativity
P23, RW2 Research reference work, False Equivalence of Mass and Energy analyzed famous E=mc2.

P24, RW3 Research reference work, about Einstein's photoelectric effect paper.

P25, W7 Progress of Metaphysics

Metaphysics includes physics and cosmology and more. I can make EU better.
